About Kim Eneberg
Kim is the owner and provider of physical therapy at Eneberg Physical Therapy and Wellness. Kim has several years of experience working as a PT abroad (Sweden) as well as in WA and FL.
Kim is passionate about getting people back to what they love doing. No matter if you are someone who has been dealing with chronic pain or if you are someone who is a high level athlete, Kim can help you get out of pain and back to what you love!
Kim has background in weight lifting, running and soccer and understands the struggle of having an injury hold you back. In contrast to what other healthcare providers might recommend, he does not want you to “rest it away”. The body has an innate ability to heal and instead of taking away things that you enjoy, he instead modifies your activity to a tolerable level until you are able to get back to 100 % function.
He uses a combination of manual therapy (including IASTM), therapeutic exercises and modalities such as Dry Needling and cupping to get you back to where you want to be. These interventions will help you body heal in a natural way - without drugs, injections or surgery.
When Kim is not working with clients, he enjoys spending time with his wife Brette. They love traveling and experiencing new cultures, foods and learning the history of places and cities they visit.

What People Are Saying
“
Kim Eneberg has helped me recover from a torn ACL injury with a challenging in-clinic and home exercise regime which has allowed me to start running again. He has worked well with my primary physicians and provided insightful guidance on what I should I expect during each phase of my recovery.
Highly recommended!

“
I was able to avoid shoulder surgery thanks to the excellent treatment and advice I received from Kim. I thought I would never be able to lift things overhead again but I was wrong. I can lift my arm all the way up without pain again!

“
I was suffering from low back pain and sciatica out in my right leg. I have had this on and off for years. I have seen other healthcare professionals before but never felt more than temporary relief. Now I am back to deadlifting and squatting again and I could not be happier!

“
I am an avid runner but I had been bothered by heel pain in both feet for a few months, which was holding me back from my longer runs. My pain is now gone and I am back to trail running again. I cannot thank him enough!
